Shipping policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimums, no codes.

Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery: standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after processing, anywhere in the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Early-access / first-batch orders: if you ordered during a first-batch or early-access window, your confirmation email will state the expected ship date for that batch. We will never charge you without a stated ship date, and we'll email you immediately if anything changes.

Address issues: if your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or your package appears lost, contact us through the Contact page — we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
