You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. Use the cream every morning and night. Use every last drop if you want to.

If you're not satisfied — for any reason — contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund every cent of your purchase.

• No return shipping. Keep the jar, finish the jar, toss the jar — we will never ask you to mail anything back.
• No forms. One email is all it takes. Include your order number so we can find you quickly.
• No questions. We may ask for feedback so we can improve, but answering is optional and never a condition of your refund.

How to request a refund: contact us through the Contact page on this site (or reply to any order email from us) with your order number and the word "refund." That's it.

Refund timing: refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your request being processed.
